Systemised Training
Science-backed functional training programmes for longevity, recovery and peak performance. Designed around how you move, what limits you, and where you want to go.
Most personal training starts at the surface. We start at the root. Every programme at Systemised Training begins with an assessment of how your body actually moves, where it is restricted, and what it needs to improve.
Catalin holds a Sports Science degree with over a decade of international experience. Rares has a Master's in Clinical Kinesiology with a focus on preventive and adapted physical activity. Every method they use has a reason behind it.
Sessions come to you. At your hotel, your apartment or your gym. EMS training requires a socket and 2 to 3 square metres. No commute, no wait for equipment. Just 20 minutes of focused, expert-guided training.
Strength today, mobility tomorrow, resilience for years. The programmes here are built with longevity in mind, not just short-term results. Whether you are recovering from an injury or training for sport performance, the goal is always sustainable progress.
Electric muscle stimulation. 20 minutes that activates up to 90% of your muscle fibres simultaneously. Gentle on joints, effective at any fitness level.

Structured recovery for joint and muscle injuries. Increases range of motion and joint stability, corrects physical weaknesses and prevents re-injury through safe, progressive loading.
Improves blood and lymph circulation, reduces muscular pain, releases trigger points and accelerates recovery. Targeted techniques improve flexibility and joint mobility.
Non-invasive technique that stimulates lymph circulation through rhythmic, targeted movements. Reduces swelling, detoxifies the body and promotes immune health.
Book an assessment session first. We test, measure and listen, then design a programme that actually fits you.
EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) uses low-frequency electrical impulses to activate up to 90% of your muscle fibres at once. The result is a highly efficient session that tones, builds strength, burns fat and improves coordination. It is gentle on joints and effective at any age or fitness level.
Conducted with certified Miha BodyTec equipment (made in Germany), the session can take place at your hotel room, apartment or gym. All it needs is a power socket and a small amount of space.
We run a series of tests and measurements selected to match your goals. This reveals exactly where your body is now and what it needs, so nothing is guessed.
We design a programme around your assessment results, your goals and your schedule. Clear milestones, realistic timelines. Updated as you progress.
Progress is tracked, not assumed. We reassess at regular intervals so you can see exactly how far you have come and what changes to expect next.

"Systemised Training has been outstanding overall. Professional, always on time, knowledgeable, flexible, caring and most of all crystal clear in their explanation of what they are doing and what I needed. My results over the last few months have been fantastic and I am truly very happy and satisfied. A massive thank you to my trainer Rares who always goes the extra mile."
"Systemised Training is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. These guys are top of the line and know their stuff really well. I got motivated to do so many things I did not think I would do. They made me enjoy push ups. Thanks to them, I feel really good about my body and myself, and I now look forward to going to the gym."
"The best trainer I have had. He really motivates me and actually cares about my progress. His workouts are always fun but still push me hard, and I have been getting way better since I started training with him. He makes every session feel worth it."
"I have had personal trainers in the past who were great at demonstrating how to use gym equipment. Systemised Training is something completely different. The attention to detail, the scientific approach and the genuine care for your progress sets them apart."
